The Corporate Assembly's statement
The Corporate Assembly of Kommunal Landspensjonskasse Gjensidig forsikringsselskap (KLP) has reviewed the Board of Directors’ proposed annual report and financial statements for the Company and the Group.
The annual report includes a sustainability report that outlines the most important environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters linked to KLP’s operations.
The financial statements consist of the income statement, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity, cash flow statement and notes.
The Corporate Assembly recommends that the General Meeting approve the annual report and financial statements for Kommunal Landspensjonskasse Gjensidig forsikringsselskap (KLP) and the Group for the 2024 financial year, in line with the proposal from the Board of Directors.
